Club Champion Covid-19 — Shipping Orders & Staying Safe
Many of our stores have been temporarily closed due to local COVID-19 mandates, including our headquarters and build shop. Markets without mandates are still operating as usual with enhanced cleaning and social distancing protocol in place, outlined below.
Employees who can operate from home are doing so to keep things moving, but we will see an impact in the production of orders in progress. Please check our website for updates on store closings.
Current and Future Orders We are using every resource available to complete and ship orders to customers, including rerouting club components to operational stores to expedite those builds. Our Customer Experience team is working remotely and is available to answer calls and perform their duties without interruption. Though some manufacturers have stopped shipping inventory due to their own local mandates, we are confident that we can fulfill outstanding orders — it just may take longer than usual. We ask for your patience and understanding at this time. If you have an order in progress, please expect an update from your fitter in the near future with more information on the status of your clubs.
Store Sanitation Club Champion is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic and referring to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), government agencies, and local health officials for guidance and recommendations. While we have always had cleaning and sanitation processes at every store, we are implementing additional steps to ensure customers and employees are safe.
Reinforced cleaning protocols:
Regularly cleaning of all common areas, bathrooms, chairs, etc. multiple times per day
Keeping trash levels low, food consumed in designated areas only, equipment organized
Cleaning all equipment, computers, desks, and fitting bays regularly throughout the day
Using hand sanitizer/washing hands frequently throughout the day
Social distancing protocols:
Restricting handshakes and other physical contact between our employees and customers or coworkers
Maintaining safe distance between customers and other employees
Mandating that employee and customers wash their hands or sanitize immediately prior to every fitting or customer engagement
Employees have been instructed to leave work immediately if flu-like symptoms arise and immediately notify their management team and executive team
