vPlay championship venues with Silver Club Golfing Society and Club Champion
You spent the winter upgrading your golf gear for 2019—now it's time to test your game as a special guest of a golfing society that offers stimulating competition and camaraderie. Club Champion is proud to present the Silver Club Golfing Society's (SCGS) One-Day tournament series, being played throughout the year at championship venues like Inverness and Quaker Ridge. Founded by Steve Scott, former #1 world amateur and runner-up to Tiger at the 1996 US Amateur, the SCGS is pleased to open the one-day tournaments to Club Champion customers and guests, so long as they sport a sub-8 handicap index. The SCGS mission is to cultivate a thriving golf society that signifies the very best in the game, where the competition is compelling, the camaraderie vibrant and the experience memorable.
SCGS is an invitation-only, national golf society for people who enjoy playing competitive golf at world-class venues. They established the SCGS for passionate golfers who want to test their skills in a serious and organized tournament format. SCGS events will challenge your game, stimulate your competitive drive and connect you with like-minded golfers who share the bond the game of golf delivers. SCGS members are part of a golfing community that will blend a competitive spirit with the rich history and traditions of the game.
