New ultra-premium golf equipment brand More Golf will now be available in select Club Champion studios! The brand offers MOD-1 irons, wedges and putters that are 100% billet-milled and made in the USA. The new options will be available in 21 stores nationwide starting June 1.
MOD-1 irons, wedges and putters offer golfers a first-of-its-kind modular construction that allows club fitters to independently alter the hosel, face and sole profiles of the club with More Golf’s interchangeable components.
Key to the MOD-1 irons and wedges are their Aerospace Alloy hosels, which weigh just 14 grams -- approximately 50 grams less than a standard hosel. More Golf places this extra weight into the heads of its irons and wedges to improve forgiveness and clubhead stability.
The position of the hosel is also key to More Golf’s clubhead design. By positioning the hosel up and in on the club face, the company has aligned the shaft axis of the club more in line with the center of the club face. The result is that MOD-1 irons and wedges don’t want to open or close during the swing, producing tight shot dispersion and distance control.
MOD-1 irons are available in 4i-10i and offer golfers two different flange options. MOD-1 wedges are available in even lofts of 50-60 degrees and a golfer’s choice of six different flange options. The iron and wedge club heads are milled from raw 303 stainless steel.
The MOD-1 putters are available in two models: RENDER, a blade-style putter with four interchangeable neck options, and PROOF, and mallet-style putter with two different shaft placement options.
